A 24 year old man was arrested twice on the same night after getting involved in two different fights outside takeaways.
Shane McFadden, from Ballygohan, Carrigart was first arrested at a chip van in Letterkenny on December 14th last.
He was arrested but when he was released he was found fighting again outside the Mr Chippie restaurant.
He was arrested a second time but when he was put in a patrol car he escaped again.
The court heard that McFadden plans to move to Scotland where he has a job in the fishing industry.
he added that he came from a good background and had completed a number of courses at Greencastle Maritime College.
Judge Paul Kelly ordered McFadden to pay €200 to the Irish Wheelchair Association.
