A DONEGAL man is to be sent forward for trial charged with endangerment.
Laurence McDaid (48) of Tooban Upper, Burnfoot faces two charges relating to October 18, 2020,
McDaid is charged with ‘intentionally or recklessly engaged in conduct which created a substantial risk of death or serious harm to another’.
He faces a further charge of dangerous driving.
At Buncrana District Court, a book of evidence was served on McDaid’s solicitor, Mr Kieran O’Gorman, by Garda Crawford.
McDaid was not present for the short hearing.
Judge Sandra Murphy remanded McDaid on continuing bail to September 19 for return to trial and the administering of the alibi warning.
